Darci Ladwig is the Housing Coordinator for HOME, a PEACE NW program. HOME partners with and guides individuals in acquiring the resources, supports and skills needed for community living. Most importantly, Darci is Zoe’s mom. Zoe is 21 and experiences I/DD and special health care needs. Her work at PEACE NW is driven by her families lived experience and pursuit of sustainable housing for Zoe.
