In Memoriam

In February, our community lost a pioneer for inclusive, affordable housing solutions. Her legacy lives on at Parkview Services, the nonprofit organization she helped found with her husband in 1967 to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Gifts made to Parkview Services will help keep her mission and vision thriving for years to come.

This winter, four of the current Parkview Group Home residents gathered with a staff member on the front porch of the Capitol Hill home founded by Stella and Norman Chivers in 1967.
