Help Parkview help people in need

Parkview's five dynamic programs address the urgent need for quality affordable housing and inclusion in Washington.

Parkview Group Home is the first supported-living group home in the state. For 50 years, talented caregiving staff have cared for six residents with disabilities in a beautiful home on Capitol Hill, in Seattle.

Parkview's Affordable Housing Program provides affordable, accessible single family homes and condos that house hundreds of very-low income people with disabilities across Puget Sound. Rents are set at 30% of tenant income, no matter how low.

Camp Parkview, held on Vashon Island each summer, is a week-long residential summer camp for adults with disabilities. Camp enables people with and without disabilities to have an awesome getaway while spending time in a beautiful place, doing fun recreational activities with friends.

Parkview's Pre-Purchase Program for low-moderate income people with disabilities and the family members that live with them helps historically marginalized individuals and families to become first-time homeowners through a unique combination of home buyer education, one-on-one housing counseling and up to $80,000 in down payment assistance.

The Mortgage Default Program helps struggling homeowners to regain financial stability and avoid foreclosure. Our HUD approved Housing Counselors work one-on-one with clients at in all stages of the foreclosure process to help them reach their goals and mitigate losses in the wake of a financial hardship such as a death of a spouse, separation or divorce, extended illness and other situations that create financial instability
